Our Commercial Belt is light-weight and good for everyday training. It provides the stability you need and has an adjustable Velcro closure for ease.
Your lifting belt size is not necessarily your regular pant size. You will want to measure with your clothing on. Wherever you will be wearing your belt, is where you will need to measure. For first time belt users, safe bet would be to measure around the waist on top of the belly button.
