What You Need to Know About Our Strongman Yoke
Add some killer strongman work into your routine and outfit your box or home gym with a solid multi-function piece of gear with the Fringe Sport Strongman Yoke + Squat Stand. This heavy-duty piece of gear can be loaded with up to 1,000 pounds of iron for a strongman yoke carry, and when you're done, it functions as a squat rack complete with UHMW plastic lined j-cups. Set the yoke bar high and you can use it as a fat bar pull-up station. If you need yet another reason to pull the trigger, this yoke functions as a push sled as well!
- Yoke walks are a staple of strongman carry, and this yoke is well-designed for that purpose. Unloaded this rack weighs 180lbs + there are 6 weight horns to load it up.
- Set the crossbar high and use the 2" diameter pullup bar / yoke crossbar for pullups and grip strength training.
- Set the crossbar extra low and you can do zercher carry work too!
- Set the pullup/yoke bar to 14 different heights. When set to highest setting, the bottom of the pullup/yoke bar is 71in.
- Check out the diagonal bracing on the yoke crossbar- those are great for resting your hands during heavy yoking.
