For a Beginner Setup it's Perfect. No frills, straightforward and solid.

I had a little trouble putting the bench together at first but support was quick and friendly and explained what I was missing from the instructions. I'm totally new to lifting, so keep that in mind, but I'm really pleased with everything I've got. Everything is study and feels well made. The rack is stable, despite not being ******* into the floor. For a beginner, this was a great decision and took a lot of the guesswork out of a basic build. I'm sore as **** and having a great time getting into lifting. If you're already pretty strong, you're probably going to need extra plates, but for a beginner and a petite woman, I expect to be set with this for a long while.
