USThese barbell wall racks are very heavy duty and will handle any load you can hang from them. Your limiting factor will more than likely be the strength of the wall. The racks themselves are 2” wide by 47.25” tall. The metal itself is around 1/8th - 3/16th thick. I used the racks in a different manner than they were designed for. I bought two pairs of racks and butted each pair together to make a U shape and left an 8.5” gap between them. I then hung my cable accessories from the racks and got them off the floor.
