FringeSport Open Workout 13.1

FringeSport Open 2013 

Welcome to the FringeSport Open! 

We will be running a competition for all our fans,  with some awesome prizes for each workout! There is no registration fee to enter! There are no requirements in order to post your results and only 4 requirements to win a prize:

  1. Like us on Facebook
  2. Sign up for our newsletter
  3. Subscribe to us on Youtube
  4. Post your time/reps on the corresponding blog post for each WOD on our website

Here is how it will work:

As soon as each workout is posted on Wednesday, we will post the WOD as an event just like this one. Then, we will post 2 informational videos for gear involved and some coaching tips from one of our partner gyms for your benefit. We  will also post our own times and a video of the Fringe Team working out! The prize for each workout will be announced immediately as well (prizes are for Men & Women only, no Masters although you are welcome to post your score).

Athletes are welcome to post their times as soon  as the blog and/or Facebook event goes live, but you must comment on the blog post for your time to count! The cutoff time for each workout corresponds with the associated Games cutoff day/time and will be posted.

Finally, we will post rankings for  the top athletes for  each event and declare winners for the entire FringeSport Open with a grand prize at the end!

Best of luck - there are no limits on entrants, so invite as many friends as possible! 

Open Workout 13.1

Men

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:

  • 40 Burpees
  • 75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
  • 30 Burpees
  • 135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
  • 20 Burpees
  • 165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
  • 10 burpees
  • 210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

Women

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:

  • 40 Burpees
  • 45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
  • 30 Burpees
  • 75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
  • 20 Burpees
  • 100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
  • 10 burpees
  • 120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

Deadline: Sunday, March 10th at 7pm CST

Everything is in stock! Order Thursday by 2 PM CST in Texas and get your gear by Friday, in time to complete the workout!
