WOD of the Week: Karen + Johnny
This week's WOD was submitted by @projectfitnesslv. We were tagged in another post including their WOD and wanted to share their story:
On July 10, we at Project Fitness lost a member/friend of our gym, and the Fitness community lost an athlete. Karen and her son Johnny were brutally taken from this world leaving behind her daughter Bryelle.
This Saturday (7/22) at Project Fitness we are holding a memorial fundraiser for Bryelle at 10:15am. We are asking for a $5 donation to take part in this event. 100% of the proceeds will go to Bryelle.
We would like to encourage other gyms to hold this memorial/fundraiser at their own facilities this weekend as well. Karen would have celebrated her 35th birthday this past Saturday so in her memory we dedicate this workout to her:

- 35 Hang Power Cleans (115/75lb)
- 35 Push Press (115/75lb)
- 35 Kettlebell Swings (53/35lb)
- 35 Situps
- 35 Pullups
