Shipping Information:

Base shipping is free to all of the lower 48 United States! We strive to offer the lowest possible shipping rates to all other locations (Hawaii/Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, and international). We also offer very competitive expedited shipping rates.

Small Package Service - Most orders under 200 pounds are shipped via a small package service (UPS/Fedex/USPS). This includes gymnastic rings, kettlebells (under 10), bars, bumper plates, and bumper plate sets under 200 lbs. A tracking number is provided via email upon shipment. By default, these packages will be delivered to your doorstep whether or not you are there to sign for them.

Freight Service - Large orders, including those with over 10 kettlebells, bumper plate sets over 200 lbs and combination orders, are shipped via an LTL freight service. A PRO/tracking number will be provided upon shipment. For these shipments, you must be at the delivery address to receive them from the carrier.

Tips For Navigating Freight Service - By default, we ship these with a scheduled appointment; this means that you will be contacted 24 hours in advance to discuss a deliver window (usually 2-4 hours). If you would like to get your delivery a day earlier, you may be able to contact the carrier and remove the appointment. If you call the carrier the morning of the delivery, you may be able to give them your contact information and ask for a call 30 minutes before delivery. Always have your PRO/tracking number handy when contacting the carrier.

Refund and Returns Policy:

If you are not happy with your item in any way, but you still have the original packaging and the item is in like-new condition, you can return it within 365 days of your purchase for a full refund. We'll even reimburse you for shipping expenses to ship the product back to us!

If your item is not in like-new condition or you do not have the original packaging, we will still accept a return at any time after purchase- call or email one of our friendly customer service representatives to talk about how we can make you happy!

Cancellation Policy:

If your order has not shipped out, contact us and we will cancel it with no charge or fee. If your order has shipped out, it is subject to our returns policy as stated above.
