  1. Inspect items for visible damage and note it with the driver.
  2. Confirm you received all ordered items.
  3. Damage must be reported immediately to team@fringesport.com with photos.

A: Some orders ship in multiple boxes or with different carriers (UPS & USPS). Check the tracking details — each shipment may have multiple tracking numbers.

A: Don’t panic — tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
