Frequently Asked Questions
How do i get rewarded?
Make sure that you have tagged Fringe Sports in your posts, and ensure that your content follows all of the outlined guidelines above. At the beginning of the calendar month (within the first 5 days), you will receive an email with your personalized reward and code.
When should I expect my rewards?
Rewards are sent out by the 5th day of the month & you will receive your rewards for the previous month at the highest tier achieved.
What is my reward eligible for?
You are able to use your reward for any available items on the Fringe Sport website unless otherwise stated.
Can I get rewarded on other social platforms?
While we encourage you to share your content on other platforms, we are only offering rewards for posts through Instagram right now.
How do I ensure my post is valid?
Ensure you are posting from a public account, tagging the correct brand (@fringesport), and following the post guidelines.
What do I do if I have not received my rewards?
First, make sure 5 full business days of the new month have passed. Second, check your email inbox for your rewards (be sure to check your spam folder). If you still have questions contact: team@fringesport.com

When do I get my rewards?
Rewards are sent out at the end of every month. Check the email you signed up with - all rewards will be sent straight to your inbox! (And don’t forget to look in the junk / spam folders, as sometimes the emails will hide out in there!) Start eyeballing your inbox at the end of the month!
Do rewards start over again at the beginning of every month?
Yes! Every month you start with a clean slate and can qualify for more rewards. The more you post, the sweeter the reward we send out!
Are you swagging out other social platforms?
We would love for you to give us a shout out on all the platforms, but only tags on Instagram will qualify for rewards! Right now we’re only looking for posts and stories (so use those stories well). We haven’t moved up to TV yet (but keep an eye out!)
