Day 5 of SAVAGE WODS


Our fifth SAVAGE WOD is the Incredible Hulk WOD. This WOD is not as popular but it does not mean it is any less challenging. If you don’t already know, the Incredible Hulk is all about a scientist named Bruce Banner who through radiation becomes the Incredible Hulk, a massive green giant with a serious temper. The main character Banner, a man of reason, is juxtaposed against his alter ego, the reckless, senseless Hulk. It is only fitting then that this WOD would also juxtapose brawn and brain. 

You see this WOD is an AMRAP (as many reps as possible) workout, so while it is about lifting heavy as quickly as possible, it’s important to remember that there’s a bit of a mental game going on when doing this routine. Will you push yourself and do one more rep or grab a sip of that icy gatorade and rest? The choice is yours but the clock. is. ticking.

Taking on this beastly WOD, is none other than our trusty retail rep, Jared Williams. We figured this WOD had to be done by our own gentle giant, because anything less wouldn't do the WOD justice. He's the tallest man at Fringe, lifts heavy, and keeps a positive attitude all the time.
