Orders placed before 2pm CT will be shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm CT will go out the next business day. A business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays when shipping carriers do not ship.
Base shipping is free to all of the lower 48 United States* on all orders! We use USPS, UPS, and Freight Services for shipping carriers. We choose the most cost-efficient carrier(s) for all orders. *There may be additional fees for shipping to U.S. islands, including but not limited to Nantucket and the Florida Keys.
Regarding shipping to Alaska , Hawaii and Puerto Rico - there are additional charges for shipping to your location. We always attempt to find the most cost efficient shipping method available, but please note our gear is heavy and shipping will reflect that.
For potential customers from Canada, Mexico and any international customers, we are happy to work with you as well. You are welcome to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and your info will be sent to one of our sales gurus. They can give you a quote for gear and a quote for the most cost effective shipping we can find. Again, it must be noted that our gear is both heavy and large, and the shipping costs to your location will reflect this.

Please note, if your country charges duty fees, taxes and import fees, those fees do not come from Fringe Sport. These come from your government and those fees will need to be paid before you are able to receive your gear. If you have questions about those, you will need to check with the delivery location in your country. Fringe is only responsible for charging for the gear and the shipping fees. Any additional charges will be your responsibility to pay upon receipt of the items.
Ground Package Service - Most orders under 500 pounds are shipped via a ground package service, including UPS Ground, USPS First-Class, or USPS Priority. A tracking number(s) is provided via email upon shipment. Some orders may include multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers and sometimes multiple carriers. By default, these packages will be delivered to your doorstep whether or not you are there to sign for them.Freight Service - Large orders, including those with over 10 kettlebells, bumper plate sets over 500 lbs and combination orders, are shipped via an LTL freight service. A PRO/tracking number will be provided upon shipment. For these shipments, you must be at the delivery address to receive them from the carrier.
Upon receipt of your freight order, we ask that you inspect your items.
- Make sure nothing is damaged. Any visible damage to the product should be noted with the freight delivery person.
- Make sure you have received everything that you ordered.
Please note that all freight deliveries are curbside services. Doorstep deliveries (i.e. deliveries down driveways, private roads, etc.) require a "white glove" freight service which is not included in our free shipping. If you would like a white glove service we would be happy to schedule the freight with a special carrier, however the financial responsibility of the shipment cost will rest with you, the customer. ***All special deliveries made in this manner are subject to the driver's discretion and may not be guaranteed if the driver deems the delivery a risk to the truck or trailer.***
Tips For Navigating Freight Service - By default, we ship these with a scheduled appointment; this means that you will be contacted 24 hours in advance to discuss a deliver window (usually 2-4 hours). If you would like to get your delivery a day earlier, you may be able to contact the carrier and remove the appointment. If you call the carrier the morning of the delivery, you may be able to give them your contact information and ask for a call 30 minutes before delivery. Always have your PRO/tracking number handy when contacting the carrier.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package, or refused package, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order. No exceptions!
We are a US-based retailer. While we will strive to make everything right for our international customers, please be aware stated warranties are US-only, and our remedies for international shipments and customers will differ than our remedies for US customers.
Returns/Exchanges: Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges. International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges. Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Fringe Sport upon delivery will be rejected.

Here are a items that we cannot ship to an APO address: Assault Air Bike, Commercial GHD, Commercial Independent Squat Rack, Rowers, and Kip Cage. These items come in packages that are too big to ship via USPS.
First the bad news- it is expensive to ship to Hawaii and Alaska! But once again, we want to try to bridge that by pulling custom quotes for every shipment. We check UPS, USPS and Freight carriers to find you the best deal on whatever you need to fill out your gym.
Another option for APO/Hawaii/Alaska/International shipping would be to use a third-party logistics company. We would ship to, who would then ship to your address. That is something you would need to organize between you and the logistics company.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If you receive your order and it is damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as you can. Please provide photos of the packaging and items.
If you see an issue with your tracking that would make it seem that it is lost or having issues with the carrier, please contact us and our customer service team will take care of you.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
For Self-Service Returns, please go through the Returns Portal.
Steps to Return Or Exchange an item:
1. Click on Return Portal link.
2. On the page, input your Order Number. It can be found from your receipt or the Fringe Sport Confirmation email sent.
3. Then, input your Shipping Zip Code, OR your Email Address.
4. Follow the steps during the Self-Service Returns web process. The web flow will ask you to select a Reason For Your Return, Pictures of your product &/or box, and a brief description of why you want to return.
5. From there, your return information will be submitted to our wonderful Customer Service Department.

Manufacturing defect or warranty claim?
Most of our products carry a 1 year parts and labor warranty. Some have a lifetime warranty. (Check out the product page to see what warranty your item carries!)
If your product experiences a defect within the warranty period, let our customer service team know at firstname.lastname@example.org. If an item needs to come back to us, we will send you a return label for all warranty returns within the item's warranty policy. We would be happy to exchange the item for you. We require that the original item be sent back to us before we release the shipment of the new one, but as soon as you’ve done so and let us know, we’ll move forward with shipping your replacement. Do note that packaging the item for undamaged shipment is up to you.
We manufacture most of the products that we sell, but for the few that we don't manufacture (e.g. Assault Bikes), the manufacturer handles warranty claims.Don't fret - we'll stand behind you if you have problems dealing directly with the manufacturer.
Also, please note that our warranties are non-transferable - they only apply to the original purchaser.
Got a "garage sale," used, events, or clearance item? Or an item out of warranty?
We don't offer warranty or returns support for these items, but our customer support team is happy to find a solution in these cases.
No longer in love with a product, but not eligible for any of the above? Just got stronger and need something heavier?
No worries- it happens! Contact our customer service team. Most products are covered by our trade-in policy. We’ll give you 25% of the value of the product in the form of a Fringe Sport gift card. You’ll have to package and ship the product back to us first, of course!

This return policy is valid for the lower 48 United States only, and excludes certain islands (e.g., the Florida Keys) that require additional service to reach.
STORAGE & HOLDS
We understand that life can throw you curve balls, especially if you are opening a new facility or buying a new home. We will allow up to 2 (two) months from the date you place the order to hold in our warehouse. After those 2 (two) months you will be contacted with a couple of options, one of which includes a storage fee based on the size of your order.

Can I cancel a lightning deal?
Unfortunately, our lightning deals are processed lightning-fast and are not able to be canceled once purchased. Don’t worry, once they’re placed all lightning deals can be returned under our normal returns policy.
