Orders placed before 2pm CT will be shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm CT will go out the next business day. A business day is defined as Monday through Friday.
Base shipping is free to all of the lower 48 United States* on all orders! We strive to offer the lowest possible shipping rates to all other locations (Hawaii/Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, and international). We also offer very competitive expedited shipping rates. We use USPS, UPS, and Freight Services for shipping carriers. We choose the most cost-efficient carrier(s) for all orders.
*There may be additional fees for shipping to U.S. islands, including but not limited to Nantucket and the Florida Keys.
Ground Package Service - Most orders under 500 pounds are shipped via a ground package service, including UPS Ground, USPS First-Class, or USPS Priority. A tracking number(s) is provided via email upon shipment. Some orders may include multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers and sometimes multiple carriers. By default, these packages will be delivered to your doorstep whether or not you are there to sign for them.
Freight Service - Large orders, including those with over 10 kettlebells, bumper plate sets over 500 lbs and combination orders, are shipped via an LTL freight service. A PRO/tracking number will be provided upon shipment. For these shipments, you must be at the delivery address to receive them from the carrier.
Tips For Navigating Freight Service - By default, we ship these with a scheduled appointment; this means that you will be contacted 24 hours in advance to discuss a deliver window (usually 2-4 hours). If you would like to get your delivery a day earlier, you may be able to contact the carrier and remove the appointment. If you call the carrier the morning of the delivery, you may be able to give them your contact information and ask for a call 30 minutes before delivery. Always have your PRO/tracking number handy when contacting the carrier.

Issues with weather, holiday scheduling, or other issues out of our control may cause delays. We will do all that we can if you experience any issues with your shipment.
We do ship internationally! Whether you are in Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia or elsewhere, we ship there! Send us an email with your full address and gear needs, and we will send you a quote back as soon as possible.
We are a US-based retailer. While we will strive to make everything right for our international customers, please be aware that most warranties are US-only, and our remedies for international shipments and customers will differ than our remedies for US customers.

First the bad news- it is expensive to ship to Hawaii and Alaska! But once again, we want to try to bridge that by pulling custom quotes for every shipment. We check UPS, USPS and Freight carriers to find you the best deal on whatever you need to fill out your gym.
Another option for APO/Hawaii/Alaska/International shipping would be to use a third-party logistics company. We would ship to, who would then ship to your address. That is something you would need to organize between you and the logistics company.
If you receive your order and it is damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as you can. If you can provide photos of the packaging and items.
If you see an issue with your tracking that would make it seem that it is lost or having issues with the carrier, please contact us and our customer service team will take care of you.

If you are not happy with your item in any way, but you still have the original packaging and the item has not been used, you can return it within 365 days of the purchase date for a full refund!
During the first 30 days you have the product, we will even send you a shipping label or pay for your return shipping (lower 48 United States, ground parcel service only). Contact our customer service to arrange this.
Don't have the original packaging? No problem- we'll still accept a return. However, you need to get the product packaged for shipment. Give us a call or email and we'll help you figure out how to buy packaging.
Are you outside the first 30 days from your date of order- or is your product used? Don't worry- we will still make it right- just contact our customer care and we'll find a solution for you. We will offer a refund on any product we sell for the first 365 days after purchase. However, if the product is used or old, the exact refund amount we offer will vary.
Having trouble arranging packaging or shipping? Contact us and we can help you out. Please note- if we provide packaging or issue a return label for orders, we will deduct these costs from your refund.
