What gear do you have in your gym?
FringeSport: Squat rack, Raptor AirBike, bumper plates, wall balls, slam balls, adjustable bench, weight vest, sand bags, clock and kettlebells. I also have a plyo box, Concept 2 Rower, 2 Olympic bars, dumbbells, rings, a curl bar and a heavy bag

Keep moving and you’ll never really feel old.
What advice would you give to newbie garage gymmers?
Just start with a few key pieces of equipment, show up and do something. After a short time, you’ll have a healthy habit and a gym that you love to go to.
