This week's WOD was suggested by @eamon.coyne.

"This is a workout that taught me mental toughness from the get go. It had a 17 minute cap on it. The first time it took me 26 minutes to complete, the second 20 minutes, then 18, and finally 14:37 most recently (about a year ago). It's a great litmus for me to see where my fitness is."

What You'll Need:

The Workout: Finish for Time (Recommended Men/ Women)

  • 2000 meter row
  • 50 One-Legged Squats (Pistols) Alternating
  • 30 Hang Cleans (225 / 155 lb)
