WOD of the Week: Swingin' Annie

This week's WOD was submitted by Jed Choate.

I use this modified version of Annie every few months to test how I've improved on my motor...or if I neglected it a bit too much.
What You'll Need:
Suggested Weights: 24kg Kettlebell / 20kg Kettlebell  The Workout:  Swingin' Annie

50, 40, 30, 20, 10 Reps for Time
  • Double Unders
  • AbMat Sit Ups
  • 24kg / 53lb Kettlebell Swings (American Swings).
