I use this modified version of Annie every few months to test how I've improved on my motor...or if I neglected it a bit too much.What You'll Need:
Suggested Weights: 24kg Kettlebell / 20kg Kettlebell
50, 40, 30, 20, 10 Reps for Time
- Double Unders
- AbMat Sit Ups
- 24kg / 53lb Kettlebell Swings (American Swings).
