Fringe Sport X Caffeine and Kilos Cobra Grips

I really enjoy using my Caffeine and Kilos Cobra Grips. Especially one those days where I need a little extra support. The difference is noticeable compared to deadlifting without them.

Grips have been a great addition to my home gym. Definitely help me alternate from one workout to the next with no adjustments. Quality product definitely a daily use .

I had sizing issues and Fringe Sport took care of me in a jiffy. If you are on the larger end of a small, go up to a medium.

Just did a workout with these. They literally are all the benefits of chalk without the downside. I have a garage gym, so no more worrying about the chalk caking up because of high humidity. Highly recommend!

I followed the sizing guide. I am smaller than 4 inches on all fingers to wrist, so I ordered a small. However, the grips ended up being too small. The finger holes were also too small. Reached out to fringe hoping to get some help.

The product itself seems very high quality. Nice packaging compared to just a white padded envelope. But sizing guide needs to be adjusted.

I may not be up to speed with this style of grip, most of the ones I've seen/used do not include the holes (and quite frankly that feels better to me). I found putting my fingers through the holes just felt off and gave me a weird grip and while it might have been slightly stronger than nothing at all it did not feel comfortable. Using them more like traditional wraps (around the bar both over or under) worked better but the holes were distracting and likely cause a weak point in the material. On that note these are pretty thin all around (straps, buckles, leather, wrist padding).They were pretty cheap on sale and look cool, but I don't see myself using them over other grips. With no holes I think these would have been a bit lightweight material wise but decent overall.

I’ve had a great experience with all other Fringe products, but these ones felt like a swing and a miss to me. Luckily I got them as part of a promotion. If I had paid full price I would’ve been disappointed. On literally the first lift some threading started coming out. Other brands have padded wrist straps, while these don’t. I also find this style of grips to be less useful. I’ve actually been most successful with these by using them the “wrong” way, by not putting my fingers through the holes and letting the grip wrap around the bar. I’ll continue using them because it’s what I have, and they do work, just not as well as I’d hoped in my style of lifting.

I have skinny fingers and this did not fit!! I don’t understand why and who going to use this.

As soon as I figured out how to get these on myself, they were awesome! A little stiff straight out of the package, so you might get a little laugh at yourself when you try to feed the velcro through the loop, or, is that just me? I love that they're not too thick, but give enough support so that the skin doesn't feel like it's ripping off my palms. Nice sturdy wrist strap that stays tightly in place through the entire lift, which is super important.Overall, I say worth the buy! These are a great little addition to the kit.
