You're legs will be on fire!!!! My guys complain when I make them do this one. I call it Bambi because your legs are pretty wobbly when you're done.

What You'll Need:

The Workout:   4 Rounds for Time

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 50 Walking Lunges
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Box Jumps
