WOD of the Week: Bambi WOD

This week's WOD was submitted by Jonny Nyce.

You're legs will be on fire!!!! My guys complain when I make them do this one. I call it Bambi because your legs are pretty wobbly when you're done.

What You'll Need:

The Workout:   4 Rounds for Time

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 50 Walking Lunges
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Box Jumps

Did something similiar to this this morning. AMRAP 35 min.
30 Lunge Switches (R+L=1)
30 Squat to Box Jumps
400 M Run.
Did 4 rounds 42 min.
