WOD of the Week: Bradshaw

I've done it twice, a couple years apart, and the improvement was REALLY gratifying over those years...from dying after a scaled attempt to just barely missing a finish at RX. You just have to check your head, get focused and keep moving. All the best things about CrossFit...
What You'll Need:
The Workout: Bradshaw (30min time cap)
10 Rounds for time of:
- 3 Handstand push-ups
- 6 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 12 Pull-ups
- 24 Double-unders
