WOD of the Week: Nancy Grace

This week's WOD was submitted by David G., who runs our weekly Community WODs at FringeSport HQ:

"Nancy Grace" because the WOD fits the name ;), it combines two movements that always present a challenge to my scoliosis!! ;)

What's You'll Need:

The Workout:  "Nancy Grace"

5 Rounds For Time (Nancy)

  • 400m Run
  • 15 Overhead Squats 135/95

Rest 3 Minutes

For Time (Grace)

  • 30 Clean and Jerks 135/95
