WOD of the Week: Rower / Air Bike Tabata

Great Tabata workouts today!! Love rowing and the air bike because of the pain it gives 😈😥🤢🚣🚴💪yah, im one of those people. I need to suffer to feel like I'm paying the man. Loved being back at my crossfit home @crossfitdunkirk_cfdk!

What You'll Need:

The Workout: Tabata = 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest intervals

  • Rower x 3 minutes (row for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds intervals)
  • Assault Air Bike x 5 minutes (bike for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds intervals)
