This week's workout was submitted by @izzyswt on Instagram. It's summer and it's pretty hot outside, especially here in Texas. Try this endurance workout with an Assault AirBike or any air bike you may have.:
What You'll Need
The Workout
- 5 Min MAX - record your cals burned
- Rest for 5mins
- 5 Rounds ( 1min On / 1min Off) - record cals burned
- Rest for 5 mins
- 10 Rounds ( 30 sec On / 30 Sec Off) - record cals burned
- Rest 5 mins
- 20 Rounds (15 sec On / 15 sec Off) - record cals burned
