Workout of the Week: Pizza My Heart - 3 Rounds

This week's workout is inspired by our fresh and "delicious" 10lb Pizza Bumper Plates. It's 3 rounds know. Pizza is round so that only made sense. You can do this with a regular 10lb bumper but it just won't be as cheesy.

What You'll Need:

The Workout: 3 Rounds

  • Pizza Delivery Pull Sleds (Back and Forth)
  • 10 Pizza (Ab) Rolls
  • 60 sec Pizza Planks (Weight on Back)
  • 10 Pizza Curls
