Our uprights are made from 11-gauge steel, the gold standard of our industry. Strong enough to withstand 1,000 pounds, you will never have to worry about your rack shaking.
We use standard 2-inch spacing from hole center to hole center. You will not have any problems adding attachments or building onto your rack with other equipment also using standard hole spacing.

Every great rig starts with great uprights. These 89-inch 3x3 uprights are the literal foundation of your setup.
Our uprights hit the height sweet spot for standard garage and commercial box ceilings. They're tall enough for pull-ups, bar muscle-ups, and wall balls, without eating into the 2 or 3 inches of clearance you actually need between the bar and your rafters. And because they're in line with our open ecosystem philosophy, any attachments from any company designed for 3x3 racks with 1-inch holes will find themselves at home on our uprights.

89-inches is the most common upright height for garage gyms, and gives the most function without being too tall or too short.
Both options are available. Buy a single upright if you're replacing a damaged one or adding to an existing rack. Grab a pair if you're starting a new section or building from scratch.
Powder-coat black is our most popular option. It looks sharp, resists everyday wear well, and is easier on the wallet. The stainless steel option is actual stainless tube, not a surface treatment. It's completely rust-proof, which matters if your gym is in a humid climate, an outdoor space, or just somewhere moisture gets in. It's a bigger upfront investment, but will weather the elements better over the long haul.
One thing to note: stainless steel 3x3 uprights from all manufacturers will always be roughly 0.5-1mm thinner than a powder-coated upright. This is because there is no additional coating on the stainless steel tubing. This does not change the function, but there may be some additional play with certain 3x3 attachments.
If your existing setup uses 3x3 uprights with 1" holes, these will integrate seamlessly. They're built to the industry standard dimensions.
The upright(s) only. J-cups, crossbars, spotter arms, and other attachments are sold separately. Bolts and nuts are also something that will have to be picked up separately.
