WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE FRINGE SPORT ABDOMINAL TRAINER

Strong abs go hand-in-hand with a strong back. Get total trunk protection with the ultimate core trainer, the Fringe Sport Abdominal Trainer!

The Fringe Sport Abdominal Trainer provides abdominal exercise and core training that you can't get with simple floor crunches:

  • Full range of motion necessary to work the entire abdominal muscle group. Crunch exercises and most equipment fall short of this abdominal trainer.
  • A variety of exercises that isolate upper and/or lower abs, as well as the obliques and lower back muscles
  • A safe, comfortable design contoured to your lower back to provide support and to help prevent injury
  • One size fits all! There is no need to worry about height and weight differences between users
  • No more balancing! Unlike fitness balls, this abdominal trainer won't roll or wobble on you, so you can focus on your workout
  • A compact, portable design that requires no set-up or tear-down. Take it with you anywhere!

Right price and does the job!

It's very firm, but I'm not one to complain. I like the range and ability to hit my upper abdominals. Get it!

Tougher than the R or brand “AM” pad

Great! My CF box has the bigger name Ab mats. We moved so I’m building my own home gym now and got some fringe sport stuff. This one is wider or thicker or something. Much more difficult. I’ll smoke everybody when I go back to the box!

As good, if not better than AbMat

I have this one and the one by abmat, I can’t tell the difference. The Fringe branded stuff is awesome quality.

It's an Abmat...

It works like it should. You still have to do the work to get abs. Purchasing the Abmat doesn't also deliver instant abs. Price is competitive with other brand when factoring the free shipping

Home Gym Rack

Great overall, although there is some serious "rocking" that occurs when I kip on the bar. It feels like the two pieces in the L connection at the base of the rack are moving.

We moved out to the country so I'm trying to stock our shipping container with the equipment we used at my previous CrossFit gym. This is perfect!
