The 2x2 Dip station is 2 handles that go on the inside of your squat rack on each upright. This gives you the added stability and support you need.
The rubber handles keep you from slipping and sliding around as you dip and dive to your heart's content.
With a 1" (24.5mm) pin size, this will fit into racks with 2x2 uprights, whether it is from Fringe or someone else.

They’re great for dips, obviously, but I have been using them for all kinds of other things as well: as hand-holds for Hatfield squats, Bulgarian split squats, pistol squats, sissy squats, pullups, and inverted rows. An incredibly versatile product at an unbeatable price.

I have a cheap power rack from Amazon. It is 2x2. I purchased these dip handles during the recent Garage Sale. Because of the reduced price, I decided it was worth the risk that they would actually work with my rig. They fit perfectly, and I am able to do dips with them. My rack is a little "Shakey" while I do dips, but that is not a problem with the handles.
