Fringe Sport Prime Kettlebells and Prime Kettlebell Sets are built with a flat, machined base, even weight distribution, and a rounded shape with no harsh edges to bruise your forearms. The finish is a durable matte powder coat that holds chalk and won't wear thin. The wide handle has a textured grip built for two hands, which makes a real difference on swing day.

The Kettlebell is potentially the best full body strength and conditioning tool out there. You can do single or both arm swings and snatches, Turkish get-ups, tons of different stabilization drills, as well as countless types of odd object workouts (burden runs, farmers carries, etc). Having 2 or 3 kettlebells that range between 16-32KGs is ideal for just about everybody. However if you're only looking to get one, male beginners will most likely get the most out of a 24KG bell while females should start with a 16KG.

The kettlebells we carry come in two builds: powder-coated Prime bells and rubber-coated Savage bells. Both are solid cast iron. Pick your finish.

Prefer rubber-coated cast iron? Savage Kettlebells bring the same durability with a matte rubber coat that resists rust and won't ding up your floors. Get your core and shoulders ready to work.

The kettlebells we have available come in a range of weights/styles/features/brands:

      • Prime Kettlebells by Fringe Sport are solid cast iron, color-coded by weight, and marked in both kilograms and pounds. No guesswork loading up. Five sizes, 12kg through 32kg, each with a flat machined base for zero wobble.

      • Prime Kettlebell Pairs & Sets give you the same Prime build in pairs or full progressions. Grab a pair, or step up to a 12/16/20kg or 12/16/20/24kg set and skip the extra checkouts as you get stronger.

      • Savage Kettlebells trade the powder coat for a rubber-coated cast iron build. The matte finish protects your floors, resists rust, and takes the edge off high-rep swings so your forearms don't pay for it. Five sizes, 12kg to 32kg, single or in pairs, color-matched to our Savage Plates.

Prime Kettlebells & Sets by Fringe Sport

When we built the Prime line, we balanced a few things every kettlebell has to get right:

      • New lifters vs. old-school kettlebell people
      • WODders vs. dedicated kettlebell training
      • Dual-arm movements vs. single-arm
      • Kilogram sizing vs. pounds

Here's what came out of it:

      • Well-proportioned bells, round enough to keep wrist and forearm pain out of the equation.
      • A handle with real thickness — wide enough for two-hand swings, still comfortable for single-arm work.
      • A durable matte powder coat that holds chalk and won't wear out.
      • A flat, machined base. No rocking, no wobble.
      • One-piece casting with no seam under the handle to catch your palm.
      • Clear kilogram and pound markings on every bell.
      • Backed by our 365-day, no-drama guarantee, with free returns.

Buy Prime Kettlebells one at a time, 12kg to 32kg, or step up to a Prime Kettlebell Pair or Set and stock a full range in one order. Want a set built around your own training? Call us at (512) 201-4404 and we'll customize one for you.

Why You Need to Add a Kettlebell to Your Workout

      • One Piece of Equipment, Multiple Exercises and Muscle Areas. There are a variety of exercises you can do with a kettlebell: Renegades, Swings, Snatches, Turkish Get Ups, etc. A Kettlebell Swing, is great for strengthening your lower back, hamstrings, and glutes.

      • Cardio + Strength Training. In addition to building strength, you'll also find it's a good cardio workout. Try swinging a heavy kettlebell and you'll find your heart rate speed up and your breathing is heavier.
      • Strengthen, Rehab and Prevent Shoulder Injuries. One of the most neglected and injury-prone areas of the body is the shoulder. There are a few exercises you can do with a kettlebell that can help improve shoulder stability, mobility, and range of motion.
      • Build Overhead Stability. You can watch our team use Strength Bands and Kettlebells to work on stabilizers in the upper back and shoulder girdle for pressing, snatching, etc. Use smaller weight and work your way up.
      • Unconventionally Improve Range of Motion for Squats. Outside of working out with a kettlebell, you can use it for "gut smashing" to help improve your squats, deadlifts, and even back pain. Use the kettlebell to work the soft tissue of your abs, similar to foam rolling your back, hamstrings, etc.

      • Build Grip Strength and Coordination. Kettlebell swings, cleans, or snatches requires the bell handle to shift positions within the hand. This is a major workout to increase your grip and forearm strength. Switching from double to single arm swings, not only helps with grip strength but also helps with coordinating your movements.
      • Workout Anywhere w/ Kettlebells. Most kettlebell workouts require only one kettlebell and it targets multiple muscle groups, so if you're traveling or want to a change of scenery, you can can workout pretty much anywhere with a kettlebell. There are also Portable Kettlebell Sandbags that you can travel with empty and fill up on the go.
