Terrible quality

Don't waste your money. The design of attaching it to your rack is not well thought out at all. These rubber bushings don't allow you to place the pin back in to secure it, and without using all 4 of them, it would move around too freely and not be secured. Also the bolt that secures the tube where the bar goes is too short, and it came not screwed in all the way in. I don't even want to waste my time or money shipping it back in and will just sell it before using it. I am using a 3x3 rack with 1in tube like advertised for.
