  • Ditch Your Boring Old Trailer Hitch Pin
If you have a home gym, you need some pins to secure your rack attachments. But why settle for those boring trailer hitch pins? Leave those for the vehicles. You need a Magpin. Better yet? One that's Strong AF. This is without a doubt the strongest magnetic gym pin on the market, which also makes it the safest.

  • Not Just for Securing Rack Attachments
If you're not already sold on this being the strongest pin EVER, we've given this another function. The included heavy-duty carabiner unlocks so much more. From strength band storage to assisted pull-ups, the possibilities are endless. Don't believe us? Try one out for yourself.

  • Universal Compatibility
How many times do we need to tell you? Fringe Sport does its best to have an OPEN ECOSYSTEM. This pin will play nice with all racks that have 1" holes.

  • Truly Strong AF
Even our staff members that deadlift well over 500lbs struggle to take this out just by hand. That's exactly why we added a paracord tail on the end cap. This means your attachments are more than secure, and you won't burst a blood vessel trying to remove it. All the strength without ANY of the struggle.

  • 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Backed by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects for peace of mind.

Important: The Magpin requires a non-stainless steel surface to stick. If a magnetic attachment is already mounted to a stainless steel upright, the Magpin can still be used as intended.

Built from Stainless Steel

100% rust resistance, which means the Strong AF MAgpin is designed to perform optimally and maintain its appearance in any environment, without succumbing to corrosion.

Universal Compatibility

We've designed the Strong AF Magpin to integrate effortlessly with other major 1" squat racks on the market, ensuring that you won't need to worry about compatibility issues or guesswork when adding it to your existing setup.

Heavy-Duty Carabiner + Slot Design

The Strong Af Magpin features a reinforced slot with a rugged carabiner, rated up to 660lbs. It also includes a paracord tail so you won't have to struggle when removing the Magpin.

What Makes the Strong AF Magpin So Special?

We get it. Our standard Magpins are already SO awesome. How to you make an awesome product even more awesome? If you've watched Breaking Bad, Jesse Pinkman says something very inspiring at the start of Season 5. "YEAH B***H! MAGNETS!"

We made sure that this Magpin is the absolute strongest one on the market. No one even comes close. And what's better than a Magpin with a stronger magnet? That's right, it gets even better.

We've increased the size of the pinhole and made it more of a slot, because we're including a heavy-duty carabiner that will clip on to that slot. The YouTube video above includes some of the things you can do with the Magpin-Carabiner combo (make sure you watch it), but realistically the possibilities are ENDLESS.

Did we mention? It's Strong AS F***.
This thing is so strong that we had to add a paracord tail on the end cap just to make sure you can remove it from your rack. If you still don't believe us, that heavy-duty carabiner can be used for EVEN MORE security.

That means you have TWO layers of protection:

  • Seven strong magnets in the end cap

  • Heavy-duty carabiner for the pin slot

It doesn’t rust. Ever.
Stainless steel + anodizing = no corrosion, no flaking, and no maintenance stress whether you train in your garage, a humid basement, or an open-air setup.

Backed by a 1-year warranty, because when we say it’s built to last we mean it.

Yes. All Fringe Sport Magpins are crafted from stainless steel, so they won’t face the common rusting problem seen with other equipment on the market.

The Strong AF Magpins are compatible with all major squat rack brands and accessories on the market with 1" holes.

Yes. The Fringe Sport Strong AF Magpins are constructed with a stainless steel pin, a powerful magnet, and anodized aluminum that has been specially treated to create a highly durable finish.

Unlike traditional hitch pins and even some magnetic ones, we've added strong a carabiner for the open slot and a paracord tail to make taking the Strong AF Magpin off a breeze. The added carabiner also allows for way more function rather than just securing attachments to your rack.

Great quality on these pins and useful to adding bands to your lifts or to use for the BOB smith machine hook rest.

Strong AF magpin

These magpins are fantastic! I’ve very much loved them as an anchor for banded work and they worked very well for band assisted pull ups. When removing them, I’ve found it way easier to push them out verse pulling on the lanyard.

Great accessories for your rack

I use these to create attachment points for hanging straps as well as elastic bands. The large hole on the end allows a quick carabiner to be attached.

Outstanding Quality and Strength

Incredible quality!! The magnets are so powerful you practically need a crowbar to get them off my Vander USA M14+ rack. Five stars.

Definitely Strong AF...Needs knurl

These are fantastic mag pins. They definitely stick. The small head is very helpful when placing them close to bolts or other pins. The carabiner hole - awesome. Sorry, but no knurl on the head loses a star; especially since that would be helpful considering how strong they attach and that sometimes the paracord pull is inconvenient to use in a tight space.

Strong AF Magpin

I recently purchased a pair of these Strong AF Magpins and can tell you they definitely live up to their name.! You really gotta pay attention when using them or they can pinch your fingers. I look forward to new products continually coming out from Fringe. I've already got 3 Rep PR-5000s but I find myself constantly buying new attachments from Fringe Sport. I recently got a pair of their Slim Jim J-Cups and couldn't have been happier with their versatility...

As advertised, strong AF magpin. Got two to facilitate physical therapy exercises, easy way to use bands and straps. Can hold heavier attachments with ease as well( ie. weighted vest). Will definitely get a few more.

The magnet is strong

Did not expect the housing to be plastic and one of them had a chip in it; 4 star for now. The magnet is strong. I plan on using these to connect to bands; I was using d10 pin to connect bands on the handles. Hopefully, these should work better

The name is no joke

This magpin is definitely strong AF. Super strong magnets, and sturdy. The carabiner attachment is handy as well and makes these great bands pegs. I use them for band assisted pull up by stepping on the band.

Lives Up To Its Name

The magnet is strong -- the braided tail really is needed to pull the pin away from the rack. Being able to attach a carabiner to the pin adds a lot of functionality. You can attach a resistance band to your rack at the exact same spot every time (unlike wrapping the band around the upright). When doing band-assisted pull-ups, running the band between two of these rather than across a pair of j-cups is gentler on the band (no sharp edges and the band is not stretched when you're not on it). The part of the pin that contacts the rack is pretty smooth, so I don't think it will scratch the rack, but I am a little concerned that the repeated impact of the pin popping into place will eventually cause the rack's finish to chip, so I put a UHMW washer between the pin and the rack.

Insane Strength

The name is 100% accurate and this thing sticks. I've used a few other magpins that cost about the same, and they're fine, but this one is strong AF. It snaps onto the rack with force and you feel that your attachments are securely locked in. Also, the little paracord loop actually helps securely pulling the pin off with ease. Love it for the price and even more for the strength.

Awesome band peg, strong magnet

I use these for mostly band work doing face pulls or with banded bench/ squats. The magnets are second to none and I store them next to my kleva landmine magnet and it helps hold up the landmine a little better so it never drops off. I haven’t used them for a suspension trainer but would feel more than comfortable. Another home-run multi purpose tool from fringe.

Great multi-purpose mag pins

These mag pins are great! I use them with the included carabiners and bands to provide accommodating resistance to my bench press, squats and deadlifts while attached to my rack crossmembers. I also use them with the included carabiners and bands for crossover symmetry and general warmups up and down my rack uprights. Last but not least, I attach them to my rack and connect them with carabiners and bands for chest presses, lateral raises, chest flyes, tricep pushdowns, bicep curls and other accessory movements. When not being used for exercises, I use the included holes to store smaller and lighter attachments onto my rack and keep them off the floor. I hope they eventually come out with more color options as well as a way to lock them in place onto stainless steel racks.

Works great, does the job

Does exactly what I was hoping to do. Perfect attachment point for my Voltra system and also does double duty as a magpin when needed. Not as hard to pull out as I was worried about, I just put a little pressure on the opposite side and it pops right out.

Strong AF Magpin use with bands

I’ve begun using bands in a broader variety of training. I needed a better way to attach my bands to my rack, then I saw the Strong AF Magpins. So far, they have worked marvelously when using bands with my squats.

The magnets on these are great. They are strong enough to hold all of the rack attachments I have without worry. Strong AF is right.

The magnet is much stronger than the rep mag pins that came with my rack.

I got the fringe string af mag pins today. The main appeal to me was the eyelet for a carabiner. The main use I've found for that feature has to do with the fact the pins are a little skinnier than the rep ones. When pulling up, you can position the pin towards the top of the hole, so when you pull with a band the pin won't shift. I found if I'm pulling in a direction where there's a gap between the pin and hole I do notice. The rip chord on there is necessary to get the magnet off. It's not pulling a magnet away to disengage it. You're pulling the whole pin. The pins a long enough that you could theoretically use them as normal band pegs except that the edge on the eyelet is sharp enough that I could see it cutting into a band. The packaging it came in was pretty nice. It was wrapped in a soft bag inside a cardboard tube. Overall I'm pretty happy with them for $50 each with a carabiner and free shipping. The strong magnet is a bit of a gimmick though.

Awesome garage gym addition

Simply put this thing is awesome. I have found several uses for it and it is unbelievably heavy duty and strong. You do not have to worry about this magnet coming loose accidentally.
