Dumbbell Sets

Great Communication from the Customer Service team, and product is exactly as represented. I’ll continue to buy from y’all as my needs continue to increase. I really appreciate the advise and the “no hard sell.” Thanks for what a’all do.

They are a fantastic piece of gym equipment and I can't imagine my home gym not having them!

I received only a third of my order placed, was charged in full, with no explanation at all. I double checked my order to be sure I had even placed it properly. I emailed once to inquire...crickets. 2 weeks later emailed again...nothing. 2 weeks later emailed a third time...about 4-5 days after that one someone finally reached out to say you were back ordered. That's cool, I understand. Quarantine has everyone working out at home, buying every piece of gym equipment available at a frenzied pace. AND, your company probably had to furlough majority of its workforce and us operating with a skeleton crew. But if online ordering is all you got, does customer service simply go out the window? Someone should be responsible for communications like these, when people like me are spending $270.

Still waiting on my gear from FringeSport. Likely my first and last purchase from Fringe Sport. I'll submit an actual product review when i get the equipment.

My husband and i were expecting our dumbbells on our estimated date and the rest of our order. We have yet to receive it. We have been in contact with Travon Benton, and we have been told that the dumbbell set along with the rest of our order is on back order with no estimated date of delivery. We were unaware of the extended delay in the delivery of all our equipment when we paid $3,394.87 on March 23, 2020. Given the cost, delay, and unknown date of delivery we are very unsatisfied. We would like for someone to contact us with and update on our equipment.

Dumbbells are fine. Didn't have the 10 lbs or 50 lbs pairs which is disappointing. Price is higher than other competitors, I should've done more shopping around. That's my fault not theirs.

As per usual, Fringe is amazing. Purchased a run of larger dumbbells, which are of course high quality. And Fringe even delivered them personally to my studio. If they've got it, I would never buy anywhere else. You can't go wrong with Fringe!!!

I highly recommend Fringe Sport. Their customer service was excellent. The shipping was extremely quick and easy. The dumbbells themselves are an awesome addition to our facility. They are high quality, and our gym members love them!

For some strange reason, Fringe repeatedly sells me products that they do not have in stock. Consequently, it takes numerous e-mails and calls to arrange my shipment. Getting through on their phone line takes perseverance. I wish their website would tell you what is no longer in stock.
