I have a 5.11 vest already but wanted to pick up one for my wife. Since fringe was having a sale I thought it was the perfect gift for Mother’s Day. It came within a few days and it does what it is advertised to do. Honestly I would have purchased this one for myself instead of the 5.11 if I had to do it all over again because of the price and quality. It is durable, comfy, and easy to put on and take off.

I have nothing but positive things to say. At first it was a little tight, but have gotten used to it. I'm 6'1 and fits well. I have been wanting to buy one for the longest and Fringe Sport had a 50% discount on it and I had to get it. I have bouth other equipment from them before and they don't disappoint. Glad I made the purchase.
I have been looking for a good vest that was reasonably priced. I got this one when they had it on sale. It has not disappointed. Great quality and the velcro is strong. I often use it going hiking and even just doing body weight exercises. i bought the 19.4 option and then buying the additional 7 1/2 pound green plates. highly recommended
I have been using it in conjunction with my Taekwondo training as tournament and testing prep. It is easy to put on and take off when I need to.. The build quality is great.

It keeps weight in. But the Velcro could use some updating. Would love to have side buckles and longer shoulder straps as these cave inwards with adjustments. I use this all the time. More room for patches would be nice too.
I had been using a vest from amazon that was chafing my arms. I also wanted to go a bit heavier. I love this for walking. It is comfortable and no more chafing.
Quality is really good , Velcro straps are strong. Only negative is that as others have mentioned, straps dig into neck when doing pull ups.
Great product overall. Easily adjustable and sturdy velcro to hold everything in place. One negative I hope they change in the future is to make the shoulder straps thinner to avoid it digging into your neck with overhead movement. Would buy again though considering the value.
I was looking all over for a quality vest and came across the Fringe sports vest and plate combo and the price was unbeatable especially with free shipping. I was very impressed with the quality of this vest and how well it fits. It doesn't move around a lot and makes it easy to get through workouts and cardio without it bouncing all over. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good weighted vest.
Fringe sport is the best. Many brands have great product, fringe is one of those brands but these guys stand out with there value and customer service!!! Try fringe sport they won’t let you down!
I found the vest very restrictive and uncomfortable. I will try to use the weight plates in a backpack instead.

Got this on sale at a great price. I wish they had heavier plate options. I had to order heavier plates off Amazon. I don't perform overhead movements with it but it can be a little uncomfortable due to the thickness of the shoulder straps.

Vest is good but the elastic bands are a bit loose making the vest move a bit too much
