Can I Return Something I've Already Used?
Every situation is a little different. If you've used your item and want to return it, reach out to us at team@fringesport.com and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis. We always do our best to take care of our customers.
Damaged, Wrong or Lost Item?
Email team@fringesport.com right away with photos of the item and the box. We will cover return shipping and make it right.
Warranty
If something fails within the warranty period:-

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.
Clearance, Used, Event & Garage Sale Items
These are final sale — no returns or warranty coverage. That said, reach out and we will do our best to help find a solution.
Cancellations
If your order has not shipped, contact us and we will cancel it free of charge. If it has already shipped, standard return policy applies.
During high-volume sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Summer Solstice), cancellations may not be available due to order volume. Lightning deals cannot be canceled once placed but can be returned under our normal policy.
Order Holds
Need us to hold your order? We will store it in our warehouse for up to 2 months at no charge. After that, storage fees may apply based on order size.

For all of the above options, you'll need to ensure your return or warranty item is boxed sufficient for transit.
This return policy is valid for the lower 48 United States only, and excludes certain islands (e.g., the Florida Keys) that require additional service to reach.
