I only received part of my order? Where is the rest of it?
Bummer! A couple things could be happening here: You ordered big and small items: For smaller items we use USPS and the larger items we use UPS. So if you got your UPS delivery, the USPS delivery is either on the way or sitting in your mailbox
You ordered big items: Your order was split into multiple packages, but you may have only received one tracking number. If you are checking tracking on UPS.com (on desktop computer - doesn't show on mobile) and scroll towards the bottom you will see a section for "Packages in this Shipment (Total Packages: N)" and you can see the tracking for the other packages and where they are in transit. Your packages may have gotten separated but should be reunited soon.

I see you guys are nearby, can I just pick up my order?
Come see us! We offer a 10% discount on most items if you pick up your order. You can mention in the Customer Notes at checkout that you will be picking up or give us a call. We are located in North Austin at:

For large orders, please call ahead so we can make sure we can have your order ready. If you have any backorder items we can split your order and you can pick up what is currently in-stock.
I just got a tracking number but it isn't showing me anything. What's wrong?
Take a deep breath and don't panic. In some cases, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to show anything informative. Give it a little time and you should be able to keep an eye on your order. If you have a larger order that requires Freight Service, you will get a separate email with how to track your order and instructions on delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes... at a high cost (just warning you!) Whether you are in Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia or elsewhere, we ship there! Send us an email with your full address and gear needs, and we will send you a quote back as soon as possible. A couple of big caveats-
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the your responsibility. And we can't be shady and mark things as "gifts" or with altered prices. (We know, tax evasion can be fun- but do it on your own time 🤪).
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package, or refused package, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order. This is a HUGE bummer- but with international shipping on literal weights- you've got to help us to ensure a shipment can actually get to you!
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Hell yeah. But can you fit a barbell in the APO box? We love to outfit those who serve (and we offer a 5% MIL discount, natch- hit up customer support to get your discount). We also ship to APOs- simply check out on the web or email us at team@fringesport.com for a custom quote. Do note that some of our larger products are INSANE to ship to an APO. But we will always try!
My shipment says it is only one package or it only shows 10 pounds. What's up?
If you use the one tracking number we sent you, put it in at the UPS website, and scroll halfway down the page. From there you will see a drop down box that says "Other Packages In This Shipment." Click there and you will see information on every package in your shipment, along with every tracking number attached to each 😎
