Shipping

I only received part of my order? Where is the rest of it?
Bummer! A couple things could be happening here:
You ordered big and small items: For smaller items we use USPS and the larger items we use UPS. So if you got your UPS delivery, the USPS delivery is either on the way or sitting in your mailbox
You ordered big items: Your order was split into multiple packages, but you may have only received one tracking number. If you are checking tracking on UPS.com (on desktop computer - doesn't show on mobile) and scroll towards the bottom you will see a section for "Packages in this Shipment (Total Packages: N)" and you can see the tracking for the other packages and where they are in transit. Your packages may have gotten separated but should be reunited soon.

I see you guys are nearby, can I just pick up my order?
Come see us! We offer a 10% discount on most items if you pick up your order. You can mention in the Customer Notes at checkout that you will be picking up or give us a call (512) 201 - 4404. We are located in North Austin at:

For large orders, please call ahead so we can make sure we can have your order ready. If you have any backorder items we can split your order and you can pick up what is currently in-stock. 
I just got a tracking number but it isn't showing me anything. What's wrong?
Take a deep breath and don't panic. In some cases, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to show anything informative. Give it a little time and you should be able to keep an eye on your order.If you have a larger order that requires Freight Service, you will get a separate email with how to track your order and instructions on delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes... at a high cost (just warning you!) Whether you are in Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia or elsewhere, we ship there! Send us an email with your full address and gear needs, and we will send you a quote back as soon as possible. A couple of big caveats-
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the your responsibility. And we can't be shady and mark things as "gifts" or with altered prices. (We know, tax evasion can be fun- but do it on your own time 🤪).
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package, or refused package, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order. This is a HUGE bummer- but with international shipping on literal weights- you've got to help us to ensure a shipment can actually get to you!
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Hell yeah. But can you fit a barbell in the APO box? We love to outfit those who serve (and we offer a 5% MIL discount, natch- hit up customer support to get your discount). We also ship to APOs- simply check out on the web or email us at team@fringesport.com for a custom quote. Do note that some of our larger products are INSANE to ship to an APO. But we will always try!
My shipment says it is only one package or it only shows 10 pounds. What's up?
If you use the one tracking number we sent you, put it in at the UPS website, and scroll halfway down the page. From there you will see a drop down box that says "Other Packages In This Shipment." Click there and you will see information on every package in your shipment, along with every tracking number attached to each 😎

Return Policy

What is your return policy?
We stand behind every customer and every sale. We only sell what we lift on. We are proud to support you with our industry-best return and warranty policy! Within the first 30 days of your purchase? If you are unsatisfied with anything you bought from Fringe Sport, you can return it for any reason for a full refund within the first 30 days after your purchase. Simply contact us for a return authorization and ship it back to us! Note that you are required to pay to ship it back to us. Beyond 30 days, but got a brand new product in the original box? We’ll accept a return within the first 365 days for a full refund .Again, simply contact us for a return authorization and ship it back to us! Again, note that you are required to pay to ship it back to us. Manufacturing defect or warranty claim? Most of our products carry a 1 year parts and labor warranty. Some have a lifetime warranty! If you have a defect within the warranty period, let our customer service team know and we’ll make it right. If any items need to come back to us, we will send you a return label for all warranty returns within the items warranty policy. Do note that packaging the item for undamaged shipment is up to you. We manufacture most of the products that we sell, but for the few that we don't manufacture (e.g. Assault Bikes), the manufacturer handles warranty claims. But don't fret- we'll stand behind you if you have problems dealing directly with the manufacturer. Also note that our warranties are non-transferable- they only apply to the original purchaser. Got a "garage sale," used, events, or clearance item? Or an item out of warranty? We don't offer warranty or returns support for these items, but our customer support team is happy to try and find a solution that works for you in these cases. No longer in love with a product, but not eligible for any of the above? Just got stronger and need something heavier? No worries- it happens! Contact our customer service team. Most products are covered by our trade-in policy. We’ll give you 25% of the value of the product in the form of a Fringe Sport gift card. You’ll have to package and ship the product back to us first, of course! Our lawyers made us say it… For all of the above options, you'll need to ensure your return or warranty item is boxed sufficient for transit. This return policy is valid for the lower 48 United States only, and excludes certain islands (e.g., the Florida Keys) that require additional service to reach.
It's been longer than 365 days, can I still make a return?
Look, we're an OPTIONS place. Can you return the barbell that your great uncle Herbie gave you that doesn't have a box and is 7 years old? Yes. We'll find a way. It's probably (definitely!) not for a full refund, but we'll make it happen somehow. Give us an email at team@fringesport.com we'll get you taken care of.

Products

Can I switch out product X for product Z in this package?
Of course! The items in our packages can be customized to fit your fitness needs. Give us an email at team@fringesport.com and we can create the package of your dreams.
I thought I ordered a PAIR of 10lb or 15lb Plates, but only received one box. What happened?
Don't worry, just open the box. Our 10lb and 15lb bumper plates pairs are packaged in a single box. Our other heavier bumpers are packaged in individual boxes.
What are the dimensions of your bumper plates?
Here are some of the important dimensions of our Fringe Sport bumper plates:
Bumper Plate Widths: 55's - 3.2", 45's - 2.9", 35's - 2.35", 25's - 1.87", 15's - 1.2", 10's - 1.05"Most Fringe Sport bumper plates are the IWF standard 450mm (~17.7") width in diameter. The ten pound OneFitWonder bumpers are 445mm (17.5") in diameter (it's part of the magic that makes them the most durable on Earth!)
Am I able to use your bumper plates in below freezing temperatures?
Believe it or not... YES! Our bumpers are torture tested in the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. And they are guaranteed and warrantied to outlast the competition!

Payments

Do you offer discounts for military or law enforcement?
Yes, we appreciate your service and offer a 5% discount to military and law enforcement. This discount excludes rowers, bikes, treadmills and clearance items. You can contact us by phone, email, or live chat to get a discount code
Do you offer discounts for school programs?
Yes, we do offer discounts for school programs purchasing equipment. We can work with you on your budget and financing schedule. You can give us a call at (512) 201-4404 or email sales@fringesport.com.If you have a tax exempt ID, we can honor that for your order as well. You will need to provide that information when you contact us.
How do I use my gift card or coupon code on my order?
Once you are done shopping and go to your shopping cart, click "Checkout" you will then be taken to a screen to enter your contact information. On this screen you can add your gift card or code.If you are on desktop, you will see an entry that says "Gift card or discount code" on the right-hand side of your screen. You can enter your code there and click "Apply".If you are on mobile, you can click at the top where it says "Show order summary" and you will see the entry that says "Gift card or discount code" to enter your coupon code and click the arrow button.

We love seeing our customer's garage gyms (especially when they're filled with FringeSport gear). We get inspired seeing your photos and reading your comments. I heard you guys hate dogs.
That is a statement, not a question!
But really, do you hate dogs?
Ah, much better. That is clearly a question. Nah, we love dogs. The best training partner is... your spouse or lover. The second best are your kids. But the third best (and a VERY CLOSE third) is a gym dog.
So your attitude towards dogs would not be characterized by one of hate?
