- Build and/or accessorize their home/garage gym
- Identify garage/home gym products best suited for them
- Get stronger, leaner, faster or healthier
- Prevent or recover and heal from injury
- Maintain a healthy diet
- Have fun while getting, staying and being healthy
Here are three examples of posts that work well...
You share "how to"- In this type of article, you will be sharing the instructions to perform specific workouts, exercises, lifts or movements, preferably with pictures. Better yet, you go the extra mile to show the results you have gotten with the workout. If you don't have firsthand proof and evidence, you provide examples of world-class athletes employing the same regiment. Here's a good start as to how the article may look: 5 Slam Ball Exercises to Workout your Full Body.
You share expertise- In this type of article you make recommendations or give tips to improve readers' knowledge regarding training, lifting, diet, products, injury recovery, etc., based on your expertise in the field. If you lack firsthand proof and evidence of your recommendation working, you substitute with top-notch athletes doing the same. Here's a nice example as to how an article like this may turn out: Fourteen Reasons to Buy a Great Barbell.
You share results- In this type of article you will be sharing the results you have achieved installing equipment in your home gym, or maybe results you've achieved from a workout and diet regimen. You'll explain the reason you installed the equipment or used regimen, provide helpful details for readers to duplicate the process, and back up with pictures as much as possible. Here's a quality example: 7 Tips for Building a Garage Gym in a 15' x 22' Garage.
These article types represent popular posts, but we're open to all pitches.
