What is the difference between the Great Dane and the Dane 3.0?

The Great Dane is a six-post rack with the Smith machine built directly into the frame. The Dane 3.0 is a four-post half rack functional trainer with no Smith machine. Both run dual 220lb stacks at a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio. The Great Dane gives you more uprights, more attachment points, and more room to expand your setup over time.

Does the Dane 3.0 need to be bolted to the floor?

No. The weight stacks and extension feet provide solid stability for standard training.
