This Dip Station is specifically made for racks and cages with 2x2 uprights. Finally - you will be able to dip and sway to the tunes of your childhood (whatever era that might be!)
The 2x2 Dip station is 2 handles that go on the inside of your squat rack on each upright. This gives you the added stability and support you need.
The rubber handles keep you from slipping and sliding around as you dip and dive to your heart's content.
With a 1" (24.5mm) pin size, this will fit into racks with 2x2 uprights, whether it is from Fringe or someone else.
The handle length is 9.5 inches and 1 inch in diameter and this gives you plenty of room to do your game changing dips without feeling like a caged animal, all bunched up on a small handle.
