These Bomba Climbing ropes are made with pride in the U.S.A. and are clamped with care to ensure they are beyond safe. They are Grade A 1 1/2" Manila, which means they will handle any and everything you throw at them and more. Manila also means that you don't have to worry about the rope getting sweaty or hard to grip, preventing athletes from slipping - it is the best climbing rope material.
Manila rope is made from the stems of Abaca plant. It can be spliced easily and able to repeatedly get wet and dried out without losing its strength or splitting. Better for outdoor use where it's exposed to humidity and moisture. The best all around fiber.

This manila climbing rope can be used outside. You'll want to keep in mind that because this rope is made of a natural fiber, the elements can degrade the material of the rope over time. If you plan to keep the rope outside, we suggest replacing it after 1 year of use.
Tough rope, holds up outside great
Second rope purchased from Fringe. Awesome product!
Only used it a few times for sled pulls, but so far so good. The clamp feels solid, the rope has a good feel to it. With care I expect it to last awhile
The rope lasted about a year and a half in the back yard, jumped up and clamped for the first pull, milliseconds later I was laying flat on my back in the flower bed. The rope had rotted off at the top clamp. Great rope, just wish it had a better clamping mechanism.
