Exactly what I needed.

I was hanging kettlebells off the side of my stack to add weight using braided cable. This is a much cleaner solution that doesn't scratch my plate stack. I do have 1 serious criticism, please get rid of the wing nut, it is very difficult to thread on and makes installing and removing a chore. A knurled large head stainless steel nut (.75 to 1.00) inch in diameter would be a great improvement.

Greatly expands Dane weight capacity

I have been using this to great effect for low rows - it installs quickly and the bilateral loading keeps the weight stack centered.

It doesn't seem like much thought went into this product

The stack pin must be placed below the Toro otherwise it will scrape on the other plates and scrape off your stickers. I have ruined some of mine after attempting one rep with the stack pin above.
This is not usable with just one side. Because of the angle (which can help with heavy weights), putting a plate on it with just one side installed will pivot it causing it to hit the plates on the down rep.
Because of the angle, this was designed with the pin that goes through the stack above the weight pin. This makes the flange super big and covers 6 plates. If you want to add iron or bumper plates to your lifts, you will need to set the pin at a minimum of 80 lbs.
This will force users to buy Fringe's Midas adder plates to make "micro" adjustments to the stack.
One other thing to keep in mind is that if you store your weights on the back post of the rack, you will need to take them off or they will hit and plates on the Toro.
This should have been a weight horn that sits on top of the entire stack like some of their other products have.
The wing nut is also kind of annoying to use and should have been a knurled knob.
Overall, while it does hold weight, it's annoying to use, and worst case, damages your equipment so it gets one star.

I hemmed and hawed over how to expand the weight stacks on my dane 2.These el toro weight horns are awesome. They go on quick, can be stored magnetically on the upright and will easily handle all the weight I'll ever need to row or pull down. This is a much more simple solution than trying to combine the weight stacks and rig up a leg hold down or foot rest.Great job Fringe.

Awesome!

The weight horns are awesome! 9/10 for sure. What would make them a 10/10 would be a quick release instead of the butterfly nut. Just takes time to screw and unscrew. Overall I’m a happy customer.

Love it

Maxed out my stack and didn’t want a whole new machine. This solved it. Easy to install, feels solid, and the weight stays balanced. Still runs smooth even with plates added. Exactly what I needed.
