Good Product - Poor Storage/Shipping Practice

I have ordered from Fringe several times before and always enjoyed doing business with them and appreciate the quality of their products. I took off two stars on this item because it arrived with no wrap and was loose in the shipping bag...and it was absolutely covered in dirt and dust. The item works like it should, but unfortunately it arrived so dirty I had to spend time trying to clean it to use it.

Only item I've found to be able to roll out the topside if my wrists. Have built up cartalidge and have gotten rid of it in a few weeks. Soft to the skin but with a firm core. Own the peanut and the lacrosse ball.
