Ordered the 20-50 set, the weights i did get where great quality, unfortunately it was incomplete. It was missing the 25's 35's n 50's. I was told they send the rest this month, I'm hoping that is correct
I received only a third of my order placed, was charged in full, with no explanation at all. I double checked my order to be sure I had even placed it properly. I emailed once to inquire...crickets. 2 weeks later emailed again...nothing. 2 weeks later emailed a third time...about 4-5 days after that one someone finally reached out to say you were back ordered. That's cool, I understand. Quarantine has everyone working out at home, buying every piece of gym equipment available at a frenzied pace. AND, your company probably had to furlough majority of its workforce and us operating with a skeleton crew. But if online ordering is all you got, does customer service simply go out the window? Someone should be responsible for communications like these, when people like me are spending $270.
