Falcon Bench

Phenomenal bench. Built like a tank. Very quick easy assembly ( mostly pre-assembled). Looks extremely well built.

Purchased today - 9/5/2026 Labor Day sale. I wanted a stout adjustable bench. I looked at Rogue, I have some of their stuff, and then found Fringe right down the road. I've read poor reviews and great reviews on both. The Rogue price + tax + shipping (no Labor Day sale) was just too much for the QC control issues I read about and the time people spent putting it together. I went to the Fringe warehouse looked the the Falcon, tried it out and took it home. No pressure from the sales team, answered my one question. Warehouse helped get the box into my car. Took longer to get it out of the box than to put it together, literally 2 bolts, 4 washers and 2 nuts.

I bought the bench as a secondary bench for dumbbell exercises. I needed a compact version of the bench that I already have just to start off with…this bench is NOT built like “a tank”… This bench is “A TANK”! at 108 pounds , It moves surprisingly easy, well balanced, and great knurling on the transport handle. The enclosed ladder system is really sharp. the chrome look is awesome! The frame itself is massive and built extremely well. Three critiques about this bench… I think the transport wheels are a little cheesy, I’m not really crazy about the covering for the pad, and my biggest critique is …I wish they offered a wider pad… especially for bigger people. Other than that, the bench is absolutely amazing.! I guess my critiques are basically personal stuff. But I do love the bench. I love the compactness of it. I really needed a smaller bench to fit in a more confined area. This bench is the perfect fit! i give it a 10 in the awesomeness scale! Every thing as advertised!

I purchased the black frame edition. Assembly was very minimal which is great. The vinyl cover is pretty grippy.However, there were a few issues. My seat was crooked by a smidge. The firmness of the seat is different than the bench pad. Lastly, the ladder can get caught when adjusting. The frame piece moves pretty easily, so it doesn’t always line flush.I did reach out to customer service about a few of the issues. They sent me a credit, which allowed me to buy some more accessories from their site.It’s not the best bench, but I cannot complain about the price in which I got it.

Top notch quality, very pleased with aesthetic and functional of all three and the Fringe team, despite minor shipping issue that has been resolved.

The bench is built quite well and with the wheels is quite moveable but it is very heavy. Changing positions of the bench is easy and it feels very sturdy in all positions. The one bad is the foam of the cushion its way too soft. I have two Rogue benches and when I first got them I thought they were too hard but now I like the firmness of the foam. For me I wish the foam was quite a bit more firm. Im worried on how that softer foam will hold up over time. Primarily I use the bench for incline bench press and sitting curls. If the foam was more firm it would be the best adjustable bench I have ever seen or used. It is a really pretty bench in the bare steel color and looks great in my home gym.

It's super heavy, so you might think that means it's solid. But since there's no way to lock the seats into position, it just makes it hard to move around. Plus the welds are all crooked, and I notice this every time I use it.

The bench is very sturdy and built like a tank. However, given the thick gauge steel and weight, the bench is easy to move around and store out of the way if space is a concern. The appearance is very clean, not flashy. The clear coat edition is slick. The ergonomics are solid for most exercises, with no discomfort so far. In general, I am really impressed with bench at the price point. Now, the bench was shipped fully assembled but the cardboard box was in bad shape and caused the back cushions to be cut. Fringe customer service has been great and ordered replacements.

Very solid and well built. Exactly what I was looking for. One-step assembly was a breeze, though I did have to tighten bolts on the wheels as one nut had come off during shipping (fortunately I found it in the packing materials). The box was pretty much falling apart when it arrived, but there was no damage to the bench.

Great bench! Really like the way it looks in my gym. I always get compliments 😁

The Falcon Bench is awesome, I Love Fringe Sport Products, I have their Savage Bumper Plates and Midas Bar. All good quality unfortunately due to UPS horrible shipping my Bench came with some Scuffs. Fringe Sport Customer service is unmatched. Pam rectified the issue and made it right. Thank you, Friend for making such great products. Saving to buy a day in 2.0.
