Ordered this pad to replace an older model pad and I am very happy with it. It is very thick with a rugged durable feeling surface that covers all sides. The pad is very firm and that is exactly what I was hoping for. Very pleased and would order again.
I use this bench pad on the floor since I'm short and a regular weight bench is always too tall for me to be supine on it with my legs on the ground (without hurting my back). The height of this, one the floor, adds just the right height for many weight lifting exercises in supine. :)
Put it on an Ethos 4 post bench press rack. Luckily it fit without having to drill any new holes, just required some adjustments and some longer bolts but made it work. It gave the bench rack an entirely different look. Looks very cool. It's early yet, but my boys and I really seem to have adjusted to the wider, thicker pad and are enjoying its support and comfort.

This fatty bench pad is A M A Z I N G. i purchased one to put on my stand alone bench platform and it is night and day from my old pad. it stabilizes my shoulders more and provides WAY more comfort when benching. i would 100% get the comp bench with the fat pad if i didn't have the platform already. this is a top notch product. definitely recommend!
