The timer has a remote control that provides the user the ability to start Fight Gone Bad or a 20/10 TABATA with the push of a single button. Three pings to begin work, one ping to begin rest. The timer has a 10 second countdown programmed for every workout to allow the users time to get in the zone. The timer pings four times at the end of the countdown for 3-2-1-GO! The timer can be programmed to count up to or down from a set time. The timer kit includes two mounting brackets with mounting hardware to allow the user to mount the timer at their desired location.

Six Digit Timer - Easy Street
This piece of equipment is a joy to use. The software is easy to understand and is easy to navigate. The clock can be seen from anywhere and the beeps are loud enough that you can hear it over the music. I really enjoy the 10 second count down timer before the actual timer starts. This allows you to get prepared mentally and physically. I also enjoy all the pre programmed options. If you are looking at this clock, dont hesitate. It is a great piece of equipment.
