Wanna do some dips that have nothing to do with ice cream?

Then you want the Fringe Sport 3 x 3 Dip Station for your rack.   Then you too can do do do the dippity dip with our super sturdy 3x3 dip station.

You may wonder why a dip station is an important piece of gear.  We think it's because it works so many muscle groups at the same time with each up and down motion.

Doing the up and down motion of the dip works your chest muscles, along with your chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps, upper and lower back - all at once!

It can sculpt that upper body and make you into something resembling a chiseled piece of marble!

Plus - the motion is kinda of fun, right?

As a side note - what do you call these contraptions? Dip Station? Dip Attachment? Dip Bar?  Dippity Do Dah?  You can call it whatever you want as long as you call one into your garage gym and use it regularly to make yourself into the person everyone ogles with the sculpted upper body!

This Fringe Sport Dip station fits all racks with a 3" x 3" 11-gauge steel and 1" holes. It is also fully adjusts to your preferred height. Perfect for straight bar dips to strengthen your upper body.

  • Tapered handles so you can work different muscle groups: narrow or wider grip.
  • Fits most rigs or squat racks with 3"x3" uprights with 1" holes.
  • Easily attach to use or detach when not in use.
  • Pin hole to lock dip station in place, not included.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much weight can the 3x3 dip bar hold?

We have tested the dip bar to 600 pounds.  We do recommend that you either bolt your rack to the floor if using at higher weights, or load the rack down weights and use the dip bar on the inside of the rack or cage, instead of the outside.

Well Made

The attachment is exactly what I expected. My power rack is 3" x 3" but has 1 1/8", not 1" holes so I had the dip bars modified, removong the 1" pin and installing a 1 1/8" pin in it's place.

Well built sturdy Dip Station design!

I give 5 stars for the product, but I would give a 1 star for the packaging. I'm sure with all the apocalypse stuff going on, it probably had something to do with condition of the box it came in. Product was banged up and missing hardware, but because it was well built, it works as designed! Shipping was quick as well!

Great product!

Ordered 3 for our gym. Went to test them out..... I'm 6'2 220 and strapped on 3 (45lb) plates... Did a few dips and they didn't bend or shake one bit. And that was before we realized they came with safety pins
