Installing Your Fringe Sport Retractable Power Rack
It's a type of upright drilling that places holes close together in the bench press area, allowing for very granular control of bar placement.
No, that is as far as the rack extends and we don't have a way for it to extend farther.
Not typically as the rack tends to be fairly shallow.
They should be resting on the ground when fully extended.
It is usually not possible to convert a regular rack to one that is retractable, due to how each rack is constructed.

The rack was easy to assemble. It has served my wife and I very well. Very convenient to be able to fold flat against the wall when not in use. Only hiccup was that the hardware it was sent with was masonry bolts which will not work at all for a residential garage. We had to go spend around 35$ at Lowe’s for the Lag bolts we needed.
The videos made the setup very straight-forward. This product is fantastic! High quality at a great price. I would recommend to anyone. I'll definitely be back for more.
I've had this retractable rack for about 4 years and very happy with it. It takes up less space in my garage.
