I've used it about 50-60 times. The elastic is getting stretched out. The Velcro is also getting mushy/soft.

I personally was always sceptical on the wrist wraps and if they made a difference. But I am hear to tell you I will never go back w/o then make a huge difference in wrist comfort and stability. Now I can lift overhead confidently with no worry of wrist pain or injury.

I have degenerative bone issues in my ulnar head. (turning a wrench to many years) This compression wrap is now an ANY activity part of my life. I have tried other but this one feels the best for long periods and does the trick!

Wrist Straps were awesome...

... For about three workouts. I went to tighten them and the elastic pulled the velcro right off of it. They give incredible support to the wrist when pressing and snatching, but I can't believe they "broke" within three workouts.

I ordered the Rock Tape knee supports and OFW fractional plates. The size they had were not available and the OFW plates were on backorder. I contacted customer support to see what I could do. They ordered the rock tape knee supports and had them delivered and the offered ADF frational plates. I SAID YES! I couldnl't be more happier with their service and products. I have my eye on the Vaugh Bumper Plate set so I'll be ordering more stuff soon! Thanks guys I've recommended you guys to all my gym buddies and crossfit partners.

Wrist wraps are even helpful for push-ups and other similar movements. Plus, you can use them as wrist guards for kettlebell lifts!
