Be a King – Make Your Lifts Whole and Strength Infinite
The Ouroboros, or snake/dragon eating its own tail, is an ancient symbol of wholeness and infinity. Its first known appearance was discovered in the tomb of King Tut, a reminder that true power leaves a timeless legacy. Channel the strength of the eternal with our Ouroboros Fractional Plates — designed to help you ascend, one precise increment at a time.
Give Your All to Be One
In early alchemical texts, the Ouroboros enclosed the words "the all is one." Its black and white halves represent duality — challenge and growth, failure and triumph. Use these plates to give it your all and become one with your barbell. Every micro lift is a step closer to immortality in your training journey.
Our Ouroboros plates come in 0.5 lb and 1 lb sizes, allowing you to increase weight with intent and precision — ideal for lifters who are serious about progressive overload. Whether you're a seasoned lifter or breaking new ground, these plates help you chase PRs without overshooting.
The aesthetic? On point. The color scheme matches our Savage Bumper Plates for a cohesive, clean, and powerful look on your bar.
Be one with eternity. Be Ouroboros.

Love them.
Bought a set of .5 lb. to take my curl bar to a even 35 lbs.
They work perfectly.
Weighed them and they are dead on 8 oz each plate.
Starting to use them for more sets and lifts now.
Great little plates.
Just what I needed for progress and they look so cool! Fringe sports has all the best looking equipment! 🤩
These are a great addition for anyone looking for fractional plates.
Very high quality and fun addition to my workout routine. The donuts brighten my workout every time I load them on the bar
Added a few fractional plates to my basement stack. Well made, exactly what I needed. Shipped fast. Excellent as always.
I love these fractional plates. High quality and look good too!
Needed some of these plates so that I can increase half a pound and a pound. The fact that means are made from a light durable material keeps them from being destroyed which is fantastic but also serves as a second purpose... They are light enough for the kids to put on their bars to work out withe at home

Both weighed close to a pound, but both were over a minimal amount. I found that better than being light. Also, they look awesome!
Top quality as usual!
Perfect plates for smaller jumps for older or advanced lifters. Must have to me for someone who has been training for years and can’t make 5-10lb jumps regularly.

Excellent, easy to use item.
High quality, great design. Wish they had a set available in heavier weight.
These are exactly as advertised, and look amazing. They weigh out at 8.0oz exactly on my baking scale. They slide on easily, but the material has enough grip that they easily stay on the bar without having to remove and reset the collars, much better than any of the metal change plates I have. One set of 0.5# and two sets of 1.0# are perfect, now I just need to wait for the 1.0# to come back in stock. Maybe one day I'll be training enough that I find value in micro plates, but to me, these are small enough.
