The RAD Roller was designed to replicate the touch of a trained massage therapist for a fraction of the cost with the added benefit of being much easier to fit in your gym bag than Lars. Made of a super durable natural rubber the RAD Roller can handle dense muscle groups like the shoulders and back while also being pliable enough to handle more delicate areas like the neck.
The RAD Roller comes in 3 different levels of hardness: Soft, Regular, and Stiff.
This patent- pending design was developed with a special emphasis on enhancing the mobility of the spine since all bodily movements originate at the spine and flow outward. This works really well for my arms/wrist that are starting to ache from my new desk job and it feels great everywhere else too. I've been working out kinks I didn't even know I had. I like that it's small so you can store it easily. Only downside is the rubbery material will pick up dirt, but it's pretty easy to brush off, so no big deal.

Legit as none other. I use it on my neck all the time, and it beats the heck out of using two lacrosse balls taped together. Far more solid, far more reliable.
