To support this, select attachments include UHMW protective pads and thin shims at key contact points. These are NOT add-ons or workarounds. They are a deliberate part of the design that allows the attachment to sit cleanly, securely, and consistently on racks with slightly different tubing specs.
Rack tubing thickness can vary by manufacturer and country of origin. The included UHMW shims make it easy to dial in the fit for your specific rack, resulting in a tight, stable mount while also protecting your rack’s finish. No extra parts or purchases are needed.
