QUICK, SECURE MOUNTING

Quick and easy one-nut mount with a rock-solid hold. Fits both 1” and ⅝” rack holes.

BUILT FOR HEAVY USE

400 lbs. capacity with premium upholstery. UHMW-lined contact points protect your rack.

Adding a leg roller to your rack should be simple. Sting makes it exactly that.

A single oversized knurled nut locks the Sting Leg Roller in fast and holds solid under serious load. No pins. No tools. No guesswork. The built-in adapter fits racks with both 1” and ⅝” holes, so it works with nearly any setup.

The padded roller sits 4.5 inches off the upright, giving you real working space for Bulgarian split squats, hip thrusts, back extensions, and more without jamming your shoulders into the rack. With a 400lbs. weight capacity and thick premium padding, Sting is built for heavy training and daily use.

Simple. Strong. Zero nonsense.

Sting is designed to work with most power racks that use either 1” or ⅝” holes. The built-in adapter means no extra hardware or modifications are needed for standard rack setups.

The Sting Leg Roller is rated for up to 400 lbs and the Mini-Sting is rated for up to 450lbs. This makes them suitable for heavy split squats, hip thrusts, and accessory movements without flex or instability.

The Mini Sting is six inches shorter than the full Sting Leg Roller and has an additional 50lbs of weight capacity. Everything else is identical: same mount system, same UHMW lining, same high-density padding. The Mini is the right choice for tighter rack setups, or lifters who want a more compact profile on their upright. T

Yes. The thick, high-density roller pad balances comfort and control, while the 4.5” offset gives you room to set up properly instead of being pinned against the upright.

No. The one-nut locking system tightens down solid and stays put under load. Once installed, it stays secure through dynamic movements without wobble or rattling.

No. All contact points are UHMW-lined to prevent scratching, chipping, or metal-on-metal wear while keeping the attachment locked in place.

Absolutely. While it’s ideal for split squats and hip thrusts, Sting is also commonly used for back extensions, Nordic-style setups, and other accessory movements.

I got 2 and they add a bunch of new exercises to my workouts. And they help hold my legs down for lat pulldowns if I put them tight on my legs.

The Minis are a game changer for our Fenrir

We’re using the Mini-Sting leg rollers on our Fringe Sport Fenrir alongside the Dogbone attachment to create a lat pulldown station. The Dogbone connects the cables, while the Mini-Stings hold our legs down during pulldowns. It’s a simple, space-saving setup that makes a great functional trainer even better.

Honestly love this product. I bought 2 and so far they've been great. The padding quality is excellent and feels very similar to REPs anti-slip material they use on their newer benches and rollers, which I also own. I'm using them on a Monster Lite rack (5/8") and I just had to remove the 1" adapter that they came with. Attaching to the rack is as simple as slotting through the upright holes and locking in place with the nut (which has some knurling on it and squared off edges for easier manipulation). So far I'm using this to secure my legs down for Voltra lat pulldowns and I've also used them as a preacher pad for seated preacher dumbbell (hammer) curls as well as a for bulgarian split squats. Honestly a ton of different ways to make these useful. Really happy with them and if I ever upgrade to a 1" 3x3 rack I can still use them!

Little touches make this great

May not 'disrupt the market' but small features make this a standout for me.
Nordics are one of my favorite leg exercises, for the longest time did them with my feet wedged under the support bar of my rack. Works, but not ideal. Most leg roller options are shorter, and the pad mounts right up against the rack. With this one, the gap between rack & pad and overall length of the pad make the spacing perfect. The screw on fastening is also preferred over a hitch pin style to minimize rattling. Plan on using these for other things, but for nordics alone wish I had gotten one even sooner.

Vey nice leg rollers. Truly appreciate the distance from the rack attachment to where the roller starts. Makes everything so much easier. I can do the back extension, Bulgarian split squats and hip thrust without having my elbow into the rack.

The Sting

Like the length of the roller. Like the firm padding and durability of the textured vynal. I have a rack with 5/8 holes. Inserting and removing the 5/8 threaded pin is chewing up the threading and will eventually wear it out. Worried the nut will not screw on after the thread is chewed up a bit. Other than that, its a great addition to my rack.

Has been a great product. Works great for nordics and reverse hyper. Have been able to use for lat pulldowns and low rows when combining stacks on Dane 2.0. They don’t take up much floor space and will be used way more than think.

rock solid

I have used the Sting Leg Roller and it’s great! I am a heavy guy(280 lbs) and the sting is rock solid. Not only that, it is easy to put on and take off to store. The cushion and fabric are comfortable and it is designed very well

Awesome!

It’s awesome. I bought 2 for my team at our facility and it’s been a quick hit. I do wish the nut / screw end cap piece had a bit more of handle to make tighten and loosening easier and faster as we have to adjust them frequently for various clients. Other than that it’s great!

Great!

So far the leg roller is working great! I genuinely appreciate Fringe supporting a variety of racks, not just your own. After using the Sting for a little, I’d like to see a version where the entire rod isn’t threaded. I have a 2x3 rack with 5/8th holes (I know, I know) - which makes finding decent accessories a challenge. Inserting, and then removing, the threaded 5/8th pin is hard on my rack and the threads of the leg roller. Short term it’s not a big deal - but with time both will get chewed up. I 3D printed a simple spacer - and it’s fine, but a sleeve bearing or a threaded nylon spacer would be a nice addition or add on. I realize that the size of the threaded rod and the rack opening are limited off the shelf options. Otherwise, I think it’s great!

Sting Leg roller

Love it. I was hoping it would be stable, but I’m impressed at how stable it is. The fabric wrap appears to very durable, built to last. Easy to use also. Not sure it’s a “must have” but it sure is nice to have it and a great addition to the home gym.

Rock solid and super easy to move around

Took me maybe 10 seconds to install and it doesn’t wobble at all. Feels seriously sturdy and the pad is thick enough that it doesn’t dig into your leg. I’ve been using it for Bulgarian split squats and hip thrusts and it’s been a total upgrade. Great quality.

SOLID UPGRADE

This leg roller is a quick, and solid upgrade. I have been doing my leg day and I feel more dialed in. Easy to mount, and rock solid under load. Cushion feels comfortable too especially when I do other leg and hip work outs.
