DAY 2 of SAVAGE WODS

Our second SAVAGE WOD might sound mild but it is, in fact, a killer to crush. It’s humbly called Diane.

What’s cool about Diane is that not only is it a SAVAGE WOD but it’s also nearly ubiquitous among athletes in the CrossFit community. Diane was one of the original WODs that the founder of CrossFit came out with in 2003.

We know we know. It sounds like the girl next door right? Think again! This WOD is no joke

You see, the founder came out with a series of “Girl” WODs that are now known as some of the hardest workouts you can take on. Why girls you ask? The founder felt the workouts were so physically exhausting that they caused the athletes to feel as if they were hit by a storm. As the National Weather Service names all storms after females, he felt it was appropriate.

So who would take on a legendary challenge like that? Alex Bobbitt that’s who! An eco-friendly dog mom & Retail Rep at here Fringe Sport HQ.

Will Alex crush Diane or be crushed? Watch the video below and find out!
