Here at Fringe, we only want to treat you – never trick you (well, unless you give out that nasty candy corn to trick-or-treaters – ewwwwwwww!).

- 🎃 Pumpkin...or Kettlebell (24kg / 16kg)
- 🧹 Witch's Broom...or Pullup Bar
- ⚰ Creepy Coffin...or Plyo Box
- 🧟♂️ Zombie Guts...or a Speed Rope
The Workout
WOD is for time.
- 50 Spooky Squats
- 50 Graveyard Sit-Ups
- 50 Zombie Push-Ups
- 25 Mummy Pull-Ups
- 25 Pumpkin Kettlebell Swings - Men / Women Rx ( 24kg / 16kg)
- 25 Goblin Box Jumps
- 50 Monster Double Unders
