The Workout

WOD is for time.  

  • 50 Spooky Squats
  • 50 Graveyard Sit-Ups
  • 50 Zombie Push-Ups
  • 25 Mummy Pull-Ups
  • 25 Pumpkin Kettlebell Swings - Men / Women Rx ( 24kg / 16kg)
  • 25 Goblin Box Jumps
  • 50 Monster Double Unders

Bonus Points if you can do this in your Halloween costume 👻
