We know that you live and die by WODs.  Some of them make you want to roar like King Kong.  Others work you up into a frenzy, craving to bite the neck of the next person that walks past you 🧛‍♂️ 👄

Here at Fringe, we only want to treat you – never trick you (well, unless you give out that nasty candy corn to trick-or-treaters – ewwwwwwww!).

What You'll Need

The Workout

WOD is for time.  

  • 50 Spooky Squats
  • 50 Graveyard Sit-Ups
  • 50 Zombie Push-Ups
  • 25 Mummy Pull-Ups
  • 25 Pumpkin Kettlebell Swings - Men / Women Rx ( 24kg / 16kg)
  • 25 Goblin Box Jumps
  • 50 Monster Double Unders

Bonus Points if you can do this in your Halloween costume 👻
